Girls on the Run® is a life-changing prevention program that encourages girls ages 8-12 to develop self-respect and healthy lifestyles using the power of running.
Girls on Track ® is a middle school prevention program which in-powers girls to honor their bodies, voices and gifts and in doingso activate their power
